How to Use Your Laser Level
- Insert Batteries: Open the battery compartment at the base and insert the 4x AA batteries provided, ensuring correct polarity.
- Self-Levelling Mode: Slide the pendulum lock switch to the 'Unlocked' position. The green cross line laser level will automatically level itself within a 4° range. If the unit is placed outside this range, the laser beams will flash to alert you.
- Manual Mode: Keep the pendulum switch in the 'Locked' position and press the top power button for 2 seconds. You can now tilt the laser to any angle (e.g., for stairs or diagonal tiling). The beam will flash every 5 seconds to remind you it is not self-levelling.
- Pulse Mode (Outdoor Use): While in self-levelling mode, press and hold the top power button to activate pulse mode (the beam will dim slightly). This allows the laser to be detected by a Huepar laser receiver at distances up to 45m.
- Mounting: Use the included magnetic base to attach the laser level to steel studs, or mount it to any standard tripod using the 1/4"-20 thread.

Great laser level for framing and stud work. The 150-degree vertical spread is massive, goes right up across the ceiling. Dropped a star just because it uses AA batteries instead of a rechargeable pack, but for the price, you can't complain.

Fantastic value for money. The green beam laser level is so much easier on the eyes when you're working all day. The rubberised casing feels really tough, definitely shock resistant. Highly recommend for any decorators or fitters.
